崩塌体位于承德县下板城镇,由于长期的地质环境作用,发育有危岩体三处(WY1、WY2、WY3),孤石三块(GS1、GS2、GS3),破坏方式主要以倾倒式为主,直接威胁到山坡下11户53口人生命财产安全.通过清理崩塌危岩体、挂设防护网等工程,可消除崩塌等地质灾害威胁.
