辽河稠油油溶性破乳剂复配及应用研究

Abstract
文中研究了辽河低凝稠油乳化严重原因,根据破乳机理采购合适的市售破乳剂,对36种破乳剂单剂进行瓶试法静态评选,筛选5种破乳脱水效果较好的单剂进行二元复配实验,得到2种复配型破乳剂进行正交复配实验,使用复配型破乳剂进行动态电脱盐模拟实验优化操作条件,最终得到复配型破乳剂的配方并进行工业应用研究其可行性.
