Abstract
自动拆包线对中机构主要用于自动化无人工厂,是一种专门应用于拆包后原材料对中定位的设备.设备用于冲压钢板料的对中,顶升中转,以便给后续自动化设备供料.整机由对中机构、对中机升降机构、顶升机构和输送平台组成.通过UG软件对自动拆包线对中机构进行结构设计,并应用CATIA软件对关键零件进行有限元结构分析,实现承载3000 kg自动拆包对中机构的输送平台框架、对中机升降机构、顶升机构关键受力部分的强度分析.
