城市更新是我国目前推动以人为核心的新型城镇化建设重要一环,该文基于政策和市场导向,对当前我国城市更新的发展趋势、市场容量、经济效益等方面进行了解析,并重点从作为城市更新全产业链的重要技术环节——设计企业的视角,对其参与城市更新全过程,尤其是基于以数字孪生为代表的数字化、智能化技术的工作技术流程和设计行业相关产业链进行梳理,提出城市神经元模式,以期能以点带面,探讨形成推动数字化赋能的城市更新有序实施的新方法.
