介绍巫君玉名老中医辨治慢性咳嗽的经验.巫老认为慢性咳嗽的病因病机主要为人体气血阴阳亏虚的基础上伴有脏腑气机失调,并指出:"正虚为本"兼有"气机失调"是慢性咳嗽的基本病机,其致肺失宣肃、肺气上逆而引发咳嗽.因此,慢性咳嗽的治疗关键是在"扶正补虚"的基础上,同时"畅达气机",从而恢复五脏六腑的生理功能,达到"以平为期"的目的,从根本上治疗慢性咳嗽.
