Abstract
早期实施脉诊的主体,先后经历巫师、医官、私门医身份的3次转变,以扁鹊脉学的集成为脉诊起源期终结的标志.上古自殷商的巫师通神而通脉,视脉动不仅为神圣的启示,还蕴藏生命的信息;周朝的医官从巫师中分化而出,虽仍有巫术,但也以通天地信息而通脉理,以脉动为天地在身体的微观涌现;周秦之际,医官之术流落私门,民间的扁鹊因其脉诊兼具理性与实用,被后世认作脉诊的始祖.起源期的脉诊术虽经历主体身份的转变,但其思想并无断裂,而是具有历史的连续性.
