Abstract
膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)是以膝关节疼痛、肿胀和活动受限为特征的退行性骨关节疾病,以膝关节肿胀、变形和骨质增生为主要特征.在中老年人中发病率较高,且呈年轻化发展趋势,流行病学调查结果表明,40岁以后,膝骨关节炎的发病率高达15.6％,其中女性比例偏高[1].
