Abstract
斑秃是一种突发的自限性非瘢痕性脱发,目前主要认为是T细胞介导的针对毛囊的多基因自身免疫性皮肤病.近年来,随着基因分型技术的发展,学者们尝试从遗传学角度阐述斑秃发病的易感性机制,斑秃相关基因(如PT-PN22、FOXP3、HLA、CTLA4、IL2RA等)多态性受到了越来越多的关注及研究,且认为可能影响其病情进展及预后.本文将从近年来国内外斑秃相关基因单核苷酸多态性的研究进展方面进行综述.
