妇科手术患者输血调查分析

Abstract
目的:通过分析我院妇科近五年手术患者术中用血情况和疾病种类分布,总结妇科患者术中用血特点,以期获得更好的妇科患者术中血液保障方案.方法:搜集我院妇科病区2017年1月至2021年12月术中用血的821名患者的临床输血资料,对每年用血量及输血患者的病种分布进行回顾性分析.结果:从2017年至2019年,我院妇科病区红细胞用量逐年上升,从362U上升至700U;2020年受疫情影响红细胞用量降低为551.5U;2021年红细胞用量仅有458U.在所有输注红细胞的患者中,卵巢恶性肿瘤排在前一位(31.8％),且
