Abstract
基于痰瘀互结理论探讨在视网膜静脉阻塞(Retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的发生、发展过程中,病理产物痰瘀与RVO的发病有关联性.RVO发病的危险因素、临床表现都与痰瘀密切相关.目前痰瘀互结理论为临床各科防治疑难病症提供新的思路,对RVO的防治也有重要意义.临床治疗中,谨守证候,选用活血化瘀、理气化痰之品,改善相关病理状态,进而改善临床症状.
