Abstract
该研究以大鼠阴茎海绵体神经损伤性勃起功能障碍模型为教学案例,通过早期在医学本科生中进行动物模型构建来评估其对学生科研及临床能力的影响.结果发现通过,进行动物疾病模型构建后,学生的科研能力明显提高(28.69±2.46 vs 22.38±3.37,P<0.01),临床能力中外科洗手(8.12±1.07 vs 5.81±0.75,P<0.01)、缝合及打结(45.38±5.66 vs 36.96±4.60,P<0.01)均大幅度提高.满意度调查显示,绝大部分学生认为该教学模式可以有效提升科研及临床水平.
