Abstract
先兆流产在中医学体系对应"胎漏""胎动不安"两种疾病范畴,普遍认为发病最常见原因是肾虚.女性平均生育年龄推迟,原来的治疗理论并不能完全适用.现代医学在不断深化对疾病认识的同时,逐渐发现"肝肾同源"的生理功能对女性妊娠影响较深.现在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,结合"肝肾同源"理论,探讨了其与先兆流产的关系,以期为先兆流产的临床诊治决策附翼.
