Abstract
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一种与胰岛素抵抗和代谢障碍相关的病理性综合征,主要包括非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)以及非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化[1 ].NAFLD已超过乙型肝炎成为最常见的慢性肝病,影响着全球26％的人口,是糖尿病、心血管疾病和癌症的危险因素,可能将在未来几十年成为终末期肝病的首要病因[2-4].
