以南京市6家社区卫生服务中心为样本,分析其2017-2021年运行情况.结果显示,样本机构总体运行平稳;实施收支两条线后,未出现效率低下、过度依赖财政的问题;以药养医问题得以根除,但控费任务依然艰巨;财政投入机制的科学性有待提高.对此,提出新时期社区卫生服务机构可持续发展的对策建议.
