Abstract
钢铁工业生产过程中产生的超细粒高炉灰(-20μm产率>75%)粒度小、锌含量高,使用水力旋流器将其中的锌高效分离出来具有较高的经济和环保价值.为确定合理的分离工艺技术参数进行了旋流器直径、底流口直径和管道压力试验.结果显示,采用直径75 mm的水力旋流器,在进料浓度为8%,管道压力为0.09 MPa情况下,富锌溢流产率达69.75%、Zn品位为26.13%,富集比达1.73,底流Zn品位大幅度下降至11.96%;水力旋流器富集锌具有成本低、效率高、减少碳排放等优点.
