Abstract
恶性黑色素瘤是一种恶性程度极高的实体肿瘤,侵袭性强,预后差.随着免疫治疗药物的上市,恶性黑色素瘤患者的总生存率得到了极大的提升.然而,部分患者在免疫治疗后短期内进展迅速,病情迅速恶化,称为超进展.超进展患者生存率降低,预后更差,为及时发现和预防超进展的发生,降低患者死亡率,本文对恶性黑色素瘤免疫治疗超进展研究现状进行综述.
