银耳是生活中常见的可食用菌类,且含有生物活性物质银耳多糖.我国当前的银耳多糖提取工艺还处于发展的初级阶段,由于提取工艺的改进对银耳多糖的开发、利用有很大的影响,所以提升和改进银耳多糖的提取工艺十分重要.本篇文章将通过单因素实验来确定银耳多糖提取的最适宜条件,优化银耳多糖的提取工艺,对提升银耳多糖的提取纯度、改善加工工艺等方面进行研究.
