Abstract
通过单因素实验探究野生刺梨干粉添加量、甜橙干粉添加量、葡萄糖添加量、填充剂比例对野生刺梨甜橙口含片感官品质的影响,并采用响应面实验对产品配方进行优化.结果表明,野生刺梨甜橙口含片的最佳配方为刺梨干粉10%、甜橙干粉5%、葡萄糖25%、麦芽糊精∶甘露醇=1∶1(质量比).该口含片维生素C含量高达119 mg/100 g,片重差异范围为-3.14%~3.57%,崩解时限为12~14 min,脆碎度考察中损失质量为 0.72%,符合《中华人民共和国药典》中关于片剂的相关规定.
