Abstract
超声作为诊断急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的重要手段,在AIS诊疗中发挥重要作用.超声可评估脑血管的血流动力学,对AIS进行诊断并评价其预后;超声联合靶向微泡及其包载递送的溶栓药物还能起到溶栓效果.本文对超声在AIS诊断和治疗方面的应用进行综述,为临床应用提供参考.
