Abstract
龙葵中含有多种活性物质,现代研究发现,龙葵活性物质可对细胞膜、细胞器和细胞核遗传物质产生损伤、破坏,通过影响细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡、免疫逃逸等发挥抗肿瘤作用.本文主要对龙葵活性物质抗肿瘤作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为龙葵活性物质在临床肿瘤治疗中的应用提供依据.
