Abstract
铁死亡是一种铁依赖性脂质过氧化驱动的细胞死亡形式.近年来不断有新的研究发现铁死亡在胃癌的发生、发展、治疗、预防等方面发挥着一定的作用.本文总结了近年来国内外铁死亡领域的关键概念及铁死亡对胃癌生物学行为影响的调节机制,希望为胃癌防治提供更多的突破口.
