通过选用不同种类的活性稀释剂溶解环氧树脂,并采用外乳化工艺制备出零VOC(挥发性有机化合物)、环氧当量约500 g/mol的水性环氧乳液STW 602L.以STW 602L为基料制备双组分水性环氧防锈底漆.探讨了不同种类、不同用量的活性稀释剂对水性环氧乳液稳定性和最终漆膜机械性能、耐水性能和盐雾性能的影响.
