Abstract
采用真空感应熔炼+热处理+冷轧的工艺,制备了Cu-3Ag-0.5Zr合金板材.分析了该合金的成分、物相、熔化温度范围和微观组织,并研究了温度对其力学性能和导热性的影响.结果表明,Cu-3Ag-0.5Zr合金板材的成分合格、组织均匀,以置换型固溶体相为主,有少量CuZr相,熔化温度在1042.23℃~1078.86℃之间;随着温度的升高,Cu-3Ag-0.5Zr合金板材的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐降低,导热性有小幅度增强.
