Abstract
目的 探讨高频超声对胫前肌疝的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析运用6～12 MHz高频探头施行动态扫查9例小腿胫前肌疝的超声表现.结果 所有肌疝在筋膜层深层与浅层之间均见滑动现象.肌筋膜中断部位长度为2.4～8.0 mm,平均(5.8±2.1)mm;疝囊直径2.0～10.0 mm,平均(6.3±1.5)mm.所有患者CDFI未探及血流信号.结论 高频动态超声检查可作为胫前肌疝的首选辅助诊断方法.
