Abstract
热性感染相关性癫痫综合征(Febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome,FIRES)是一组少见的癫痫综合征,特征是发热性疾病后内出现的反复癫痫发作、难治性癫痫持续状态(Refractory status epilepticus,RSE)或超级难治性癫痫持续状态(Super refractory status epilepticus,SRSE),且缺乏感染性脑病的依据[1,2].现报道一例FIRES病例的治疗经过,并复习相关文献,为该类综合征的临床诊治提供一定的参考.
