Abstract
针对复杂性肠梗阻临床实际情况,从中医学痰浊、瘀血、痰瘀互结的理论渊源,探析总结复杂性肠梗阻中医病因病机,认为痰、瘀是复杂性肠梗阻发生发展的共同病因及必然病理结局,运用该理论指导临床复杂性肠梗阻治疗,从痰瘀入手,治以化瘀涤痰之剂,能获得良好疗效.
