Abstract
目的:优化元宝枫种仁油中神经酸(NA)的提取工艺.方法:通过响应面试验设计,以NA提取率为响应值,对元宝枫种仁中NA的分离纯化工艺进行优化.结果:影响NA分离纯化的主要因素为:料液比>结晶温度>皂化时间.最优分离纯化工艺为:料液比1:3(g/mL),皂化时间2 h,结晶温度-20℃.结论:该研究初步优化了元宝枫种仁中NA分离纯化工艺,在此条件下NA的提取率为4.012％.
