Abstract
目的 探讨经Dolenc入路夹闭术治疗颈内动脉眼段动脉瘤的手术疗效、操作要点、并发症的预防.方法 回顾性分析2015年7月至2019年1月经Dolenc入路夹闭术治疗的20例颈内动脉眼段动脉瘤的临床资料.结果 术后CTA或DSA复查颈眼动脉瘤均夹闭完全,无瘤颈残留,无明显载瘤动脉狭窄.出院时,GOS评分5分16例,4分4例.结论 经Dolenc入路夹闭术治疗颈内动脉眼段动脉瘤是安全可靠有效的方法.
