详细介绍了一种新的粉煤光片制备方法,新方法属冷胶法.该方法选取环氧树脂及环氧树脂固化剂作为黏结剂,使用真空镶嵌机、自动研磨抛光机及超声波清洗器等仪器设备,采用负压除泡技术,制备了粉煤光片.新方法可用于粉煤光片的批量制备,不仅大大降低了人的劳动强度,而且具有快速、可操作性强、操作简便、易学、光片质量稳定的特点,是一种比较先进的方法.
