Abstract
Klotho基因是由Kuro等在1997年发现的与衰老相关的基因,人Klotho基因定位于染色体13q12,全长50 kb,其表达涉及糖代谢和钙磷代谢等多种细胞生理过程.研究发现,Klotho基因的表达下调普遍存在于一系列恶性肿瘤中,包括乳腺癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、结直肠癌和恶性黑色素瘤,因此,探索Klotho基因和Klotho蛋白在肿瘤中的作用机制可能对肿瘤的诊疗及预后均有重要意义.该文就Klotho基因及Klotho蛋白在食管癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、肝细胞癌和结直肠癌等消化系统肿瘤的研究进展展开阐述.
