精轧螺纹钢筋热浸镀锌前后拉伸性能及屈强比研究

Abstract
以3个厂家提供的精轧螺纹钢筋试件为对象,分别在热浸镀锌前后进行拉伸性能试验.通过一系列试验,研究其拉伸性能指标及屈强比.结果表明,不同的厂家的精轧螺纹钢筋的化学成分控制不一,热浸镀锌前后的性能影响也会不一样,屈强比在一定范围内可以获得较为稳定的最大断后延伸率.以获得精轧螺纹钢筋的最大断后延伸率为最终结论,为桥梁、道路、水利和隧道等以精轧螺纹钢筋作为锚固系统的设计和施工提供参考.
