3种农药对桑椹菌核病的防治效果与残留检测

Abstract
为研究3种常用桑椹菌核病防治药物的防治效果及在桑椹上使用的安全性,于花期喷洒唑醚·氟酰胺悬浮剂、氟菌·肟菌酯悬浮剂、甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂,调查着果数、病果数,统计病果率;并采用HPLC法测定供试药剂在桑椹中的残留量.结果显示,3种药剂处理后病果率显著降低(P<0.05);同时,检测发现药剂残留量较低,低于食品中农药最大残留限量的相关规定.
