Abstract
根据流体力学基本原理分析了液力变矩器内流场基本运动状态,建立了理论分析的微分方程组.在Ansys中分析了各工作叶轮流道进出口压力状态及速度变化.进行了稳态特性试验,对比了不同速比下的变矩比、容量系数、效率.结果表明:当速比低于0.7时,仿真结果与试验结果基本相同;当速比大于0.7时,仿真结果与试验结果误差能够保持在7％以内,能够有效反映液力变矩器流道内流场特性,为其结构设计提供有效参考.
