介绍了中海油惠州石化有限公司240 kt/a硫磺回收装置超低负荷运行工况下氢气伴烧技术的应用情况.在装置超低负荷运行工况下,采用氢气伴烧操作,能较好地控制制硫炉炉膛温度、制硫余热锅炉产汽量、一转二转转化器入口温度和加氢反应器入口温度,同时能保证酸性气中的烃类和氨完全燃烧,实现装置超低负荷长周期运行.
