性别决定区域Y盒蛋白6(SOX6)属于SOXD亚族的成员,广泛参与间充质组织分化、中枢神经系统发育和促进红细胞生成等重要的生长发育过程.近年来,越来越多的研究发现SOX6在不同恶性肿瘤中发挥着重要作用,并与肿瘤的侵袭和预后密切相关.本文就SOX6在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述.
