Abstract
以钒尾矿为主要原料,配以适量粉煤灰制备多孔陶瓷.考察了钒尾矿用量、烧成温度、保温时间和成型压力等因素对多孔陶瓷性能的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:钒尾矿用量为75％,烧成温度为1200℃,保温时间为55 min,成型压力为15 MPa.在此工艺条件下,多孔陶瓷抗压强度为4.12 MPa,气孔率为72.6％.本研究为钒尾矿的综合利用提供了一条新途径.
