摘要
The stress-strain state of samples imitating a blade and disk part welded under superplasticity conditions using an interlayer is studied by finite element modeling by means of DEFORM-2D software package. High-alloy nickel superalloys were selected as materials for the blade and disk, namely, intermetallic alloy VKNA-25 with a single-crystal structure for the former and EP975 in.a coarse-grained state for the latter. As a material of the interlayer EP975 alloy with a microduplex type fine-grained microstructure was chosen. The results of computer simulations have shown that to increase the quality of the welded joints between the disk and blade it is preferable to use an interlayer with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm.
