Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) with four-vessel fenestrated (fEVAR) or branched (bEVAR) endografts currently represents the forefront of minimally invasive complex aortic aneurysm repair. In the present study, we used patient-specific computational flow simulation (CFS) to assess the differences in postoperative hemodynamic effects associated with fEVAR vs bEVAR.
