摘要
Minimally invasive procedures are increasingly gaining popularity as they result in fewer complications and a quicker recovery. For moderate lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) patients, interspinous spacers are a minimally invasive option to indirectly decompress and provide symptomatic relief while imparting less trauma to the patient. However, patients with LSS often present with degeneration at multiple contiguous levels, which may have an impact on the initial number of incisions. Here we present evidence on treating multiple LSS levels using a single incision through an observational case-series.
