Inspection of project documentation during the construction of an apartment building

Within the framework of this article, the analysis of the current situation in the construction industry of the Russian Federation, the current scientific and regulatory methods for conducting a quality check of the developed design documentation for an apartment building is carried out. The author of the article in the work considers measures that allow to effectively conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of design solutions from a technological and regulatory point of view, as well as to take into account the entire range of environmental, social, external economic and other consequences that are the result of decisions.
