Analysis on the Development of Sintering Intelligent Optimal Ore Blending

The current status of sintering intelligent optimal ore allocation and its research is outlined, the research work of domestic and foreign ironmongers is summarized, the existing methods and technologies of sintering intelligent ore allocation are analyzed, and the further development and improvement of sintering intelligent optimal ore allocation is prospected. It is pointed out that with the minimum energy consumption and lowest cost per ton of iron as the optimization target, the establishment of integrated sinter-blast furnace intelligent ore allocation will be one of the development directions of optimal sintering ore allocation.
