Assessment of the Efficiency of Public Administration

The chapteris devoted to the study of methods of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of public administration in global and European integration dimensions to determine the direction of further transformations in the public administration of Ukraine in the process of implementing the state policy of Ukraine. Priority goals of effective governance in Ukraine were determined, international and European indices for assessing the quality and efficiency of public administration were analyzed according to various indicators and signs (Global Competitiveness Index, The World Competitiveness Yearbook, Governance Research Indicator Country Snapshot, Sustainable Governance Indicators, Bertelsmann Transformation Index, Democracy Index, Open Government Index, Corruption Perceptions Index, SIGMA). The conclusions are substantiated the further directions of transformations of public administration in Ukraine in the post-war period for the implementation of the strategy of reforming public administration, which will allow speed ingup the process of European integration.
