摘要

•Individuals with metabolically unhealthy obesity have lower systemic microvascular flow than those with healthy obesity.•Endothelium-dependent or -independent microvascular reactivity were not different in any of the groups.•The relatively young age of the study population and the low frequency of class III obesity may explain the results.
