摘要

Atopic dermatitis (AD), food allergy (FA) and asthma tend to be associated with Th2 high inflammation. We hypothesize that common elements disrupt the epithelial barrier of skin, esophagus and airway in AD, FA and asthma leading to predominantly Th2 inflammation.
