Abstract
Exposure to high levels of air pollution during pregnancy can negatively impact the health of both mother and fetus; however, the role of the immune system has not been fully investigated. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the effect of PM2.5 exposure, during a 3-month window, in the second trimester of pregnancy on maternal and neonatal immune responses.
