摘要

new dimeric abietane-type diterpenoid, chamaeobtusaric ( 1 ), was isolated from the acetone extract of the trunk of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana . The structure was established by spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H, 13 C, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and HR-EI-MS and comparison with the data of known analogues.
