Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the impact of Motivational Culture on the Job Satisfaction among the employees in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional design were used by distributing of (115) self-reporting questionnaire, which was consist of three parts; the first part was for the demographical characteristics of the employees, the second part was for the Motivation at Work Scale (MAWS) and the third part was the Short Form Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (SFMSQ). The results revealed that motivational culture and the job satisfaction levels were in a moderate level {38.4 (SD = 4.392)} and {62.6 (SD = 14.87)}. Moreover, the regression results reveals that there was a strong significance positive impact of the motivational culture on the job satisfaction (r = 0.78); and (61%) of motivational culture for the employee could be explained from motivational culture. The positive effect of motivational culture in the promoting a high level of job satisfaction, need more focus by the human resources departments to maximum the benefit of the motivational culture.
