In 2022, it had more than 600 improvementImprovement projects that generated an engagementEngagement of more than 670 people with proven gains in dimensions such as health, safetySafety, environmentEnvironment, quality of life in the work environmentEnvironment, innovation, and current income in the millions level (US$). It indicates a growing potential for the involvement of teams in the development of improvementsImprovement. The consequence is sustainabilitySustainability in achieving the global company’s goals.
