Abstract
As the country vigorously promotes the development of new energy, how to improve the level of consumption of new energy generation has become an urgent issue. Under the premise of considering economic cost, an optimal dispatching method of hybrid generation System considering wind turbine (WT) - photovoltaic (PV) - energy storage (ES) concentrating solar power plant (CSPP) is proposed by using the energy regulation ability of ES and CSPP. The method combines, solar thermal power plants and grid time-sharing tariffs with the optimal scheduling of WT and PV new energy sources, and improves the economic efficiency of the system and the capacity of new energy consumption through joint scheduling. Finally, a typical case in northwest China is simulated, and it is verified that the optimal scheduling method can effectively improve the capacity of new energy consumption and reduce the operating cost of the system by setting different cases for comparison.
