Comprehensive Evaluation of Regional Integrated Energy System Using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Based on Set Pair Analysis

Comprehensive evaluation plays a key role in the regionally integrated energy system (RIES), which links upstream multi-energy import and downstream multi-energy interaction and consumption. This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation approach for RIES based on set pair analysis (SPA). The evaluation indices are given considering energy reliability, energy quality, energy loss, energy efficiency, economic prospect, and the ability of environmental sustainability within the RIES. Then, the weight of evaluation indices is estimated by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the defuzzification weights are fed into the SPA model and the comprehensive evaluation results of RIES are analyzed. The proposed comprehensive evaluation is implemented and verified by the measured data in the actual RIES project.
